Orders &
Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volume, processing may require up to 5 business days.
For supported United States destinations, estimated standard carrier transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs where applicable, transportation requirements and other circumstances outside our direct control.
Returns &
Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.
After an approved return has been received and inspected, an eligible refund is normally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.
